Pioneering Safe Circuit Control & Overvoltage Protection in Liushi, Wenzhou.
Zhejiang Shuorui Electric Co., Ltd. is strategically situated in Liushi, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, widely recognized as the electrical capital of China. This geographical core grants us access to a dense concentration of raw materials, expert structural engineers, and advanced testing infrastructure. As a integrated designer, manufacturer, and global exporter, our business is guided by a singular vision: merging leading-edge research with high-efficiency automation to deliver reliable electrical components.
We believe that standard 2P contactors are the backbone of modern building automation and machinery control. By refining contact dynamics, copper winding purity, and thermal dissipation paths, Shuorui products deliver stable switching performances under volatile thermal and current stresses. Our engineering department emphasizes high E-E-A-T guidelines in design, testing, and production, ensuring every batch complies strictly with international market mandates.
Analyzing global electrification vectors, smart grid integration, and the rising demand for reliable 2-Pole switching solutions.
As microgrids, decentralized battery storage systems, and residential solar PV installations increase globally, the need for safe switching mechanisms rises. 2-Pole AC and DC contactors play a crucial role in providing reliable electrical isolation between utility feeds and local inverters during grid dropouts or load-shedding cycles.
Level 2 AC EV charging stations require compact, high-density contactors to handle safe start-stop switching cycles directly connected to vehicle OBCs. Our DIN-rail 2P contactors, engineered with high inrush current tolerance, prevent contact welding during rapid charging engagements and thermal spikes.
Smart building management systems (BMS) dictate the automation of high-power motors, compressors, ventilation fans, and heat pumps. Standardized 2P contactors allow low-power control circuits (24V AC/DC) to actuate high-amperage heating and cooling lines reliably without noise interference.
At Shuorui Electric, we continuously refine the internal components of our 2P contactors to address mechanical wear and electrical erosion. Standard switching triggers momentary arcs that can decay contacts over time. By incorporating AgSnO2 (Silver Tin Oxide) and AgNi (Silver Nickel) alloy contact tips, we maximize resistance against contact erosion and welding.
Additionally, our electromagnetic system features precision-wound oxygen-free copper coils, offering high excitation force while minimizing power dissipation. This reduces cumulative heat within electrical enclosures, a primary factor in insulation degradation. Noise reduction is handled via specialized shading rings that eliminate the alternating current hum commonly found in inferior control products.
From extreme climate PV operations to smart residential load management, Shuorui 2P Contactors adapt to your environmental challenges.
Our hermetically enclosed contactor variations are ideal for agricultural pump control boxes. They resist high humidity, fine dust, and fluctuating grid voltage common in remote agricultural regions, ensuring consistent operational lifespans under heavy duty cycles.
Integrated with photoelectric timers or intelligent remote switches, our contactors handle high surge currents generated by LED driver matrices. The low operational hum keeps residential street-side control cabinets quiet.
We provide OEM options designed for specialized industrial equipment, supporting repeated AC-3 and AC-4 operational modes without contact bounce. Our products maintain reliable operations under high vibration levels.
Securing project specifications worldwide through rigorous factory testing and comprehensive international certifications.
Total Quality Integration from Raw Input to Final Testing
Every raw copper spool, plastic housing pellet, and contact spring undergoes incoming quality inspections. In the clean assembly lines of our Liushi factory, automated calibration and test benches subject each 2P contactor to terminal pull tests, dielectric tests, and resistance checks.
Our commitment to global standards is demonstrated through our investment in systematic auditing. This helps client engineering firms secure local project approvals, minimizing delays during field inspections.

In low-voltage industrial electrical systems, the 2-Pole (2P) AC contactor acts as a primary remote switching mechanism for single-phase motor loads, heating elements, and residential power switching panels. Understanding the mechanical, magnetic, and thermal design constraints is essential for selecting the correct unit for custom automation platforms.
The electromagnet core configuration is central to a contactor's energy efficiency. Standard alternating current coils can experience magnetic flux drops to zero twice per cycle, causing contact chatter, vibration, and noise. To prevent this, Shuorui designs incorporate shading coils that split the magnetic flux and delay part of it, maintaining consistent physical contact between the armature and core during operation.
For applications where energy loss must be minimized, our smart DC/AC coils use rectifiers to convert incoming AC signals into quiet, low-loss DC drive forces. This optimization reduces holding power by up to 60%, lowering operational heat inside sealed enclosures.
Under inductive AC-7b loads (such as motors and compressors), high inrush currents can weld contacts during closure. We address this using a specific silver-metal oxide contact composition. While pure silver offers high conductivity, it has a relatively low melting point and is prone to mechanical deformation under continuous load. By using Silver Tin Oxide (AgSnO2), we raise the threshold of contact deformation, keeping the contact surface clean and smooth throughout its operational life.

The AC-7a category applies to slightly inductive household loads, such as heaters, ovens, and resistive loads where the starting current is close to the running current. AC-7b is for household inductive loads like air conditioner compressors, fans, and pumps where the starting current is significantly higher than the operating current. Shuorui contactors are designed and certified to handle both AC-7a and AC-7b loads, ensuring reliable switching under high-torque motor starts.
Contactor hum is usually caused by dust buildup on the pole faces of the iron core, damaged shading rings, or voltage fluctuations. During assembly, Shuorui treats the core pole faces to prevent oxidation and dust buildup. We also offer specialized DC/AC rectifier coils that run silently, making them ideal for residential and commercial distribution panels.
Generally, AC contactors are not recommended for high-voltage DC switching. AC arcs self-extinguish as the current passes through zero, whereas DC arcs are continuous and require magnetic arc chutes or larger contact gaps to extinguish safely. For DC installations, we recommend using our specialized DC surge protective devices and DC circuit breakers listed in our product catalog.
We provide full customization, including custom coil voltage configurations (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 240V AC/DC), customized housing colors, custom terminal configurations, and private label branding. Our R&D team can design custom packaging and technical manuals for major distribution partners and supply chains.
We pack our products in standard export-grade inner boxes and reinforced outer master cartons, ensuring safe transport during ocean freight. Standard lead times range from 15 to 30 days depending on the volume of OEM customization. Orders are shipped from Ningbo or Shanghai ports, with full tracking and customs documentation provided.
